Shipping Policy

We currently ship only in India. Once you order a Leal product, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, our orders take 2-6 days* to reach you. We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 50/- for every order, and for purchases above Rs. 499/- we offer free shipping. For COD orders, a charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable.

*Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 3-5 business days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely whilst adhering to the government guidelines & shipping guidelines.
There will be 3 attempts done to make the delivery to your address in case you are not available at certain times to accept delivery. After 3 attempts our shipping partners will return the goods to our warehouse. To ship the product again, additional shipping charges of Rs. 100/- will be levied.
