Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please be
aware that we can only issue a replacement or refund if the product received is:

 1) Damaged/broken/missing

 We love and respect the products we make at Leal, so we personally do every possible quality check and wrap our products carefully, so that they reach you in their best condition. However, in case you notice any problem with the state of your Leal product when it is delivered, contact us immediately and we will find a solution.

Within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/broken/missing product, do send us a video as well as photos of the same at along with your name and order number. Please understand that without receiving pictorial proof, we cannot initiate a replacement, refund or take any further action. In case of a refund, only the product purchase price will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.

 2) Wrong orders

 If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name at support @lealcosmetics .com and we will look into the matter at the earliest.

 If you are unsatisfied with any product, kindly reach out to us at along with your concerns and order number. We highly advise you to conduct a patch test before using any product. In case of allergies or skin irritation, immediately discontinue use.

 Cancellation policy

 Our products are always delighted to be in your company, but if for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you can notify us and we will issue a refund. However, the cancellation should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order. Kindly send us an e-mail at: with your Order Number and we will process your cancellation.
